We are thrilled to announce the call for participants for our upcoming Training Course: "Organizational development for preparedness: Fostering resilience in youth NGOs."
Taking place in beautiful Benalmadena, Spain, this international mobility is designed specifically for professionals active in non-formal learning who want to evaluate and enhance their operational frameworks. Together, we will build a culture of proactive resilience from the inside out.

We are looking for motivated junior youth workers and youth NGO project managers.

Costs Covered
(Erasmus+ Funded)
Accommodation and meals are 100% covered. Travel costs are reimbursed according to distance bands.
